Jonda sent me this recipe and I knew they needed to be made. Lemon poppyseed muffins with lemon curd filling and blueberry frosting....oh hello! So pretty and soooo tasty!

Thank you for posting the cross for Easter, we are thankful to God everyday. He has given us so much to be thankful for. I vote you stop posting your tasting treats until you can figure a way to ship them to colorado. Hope you had a Merry Easter.
