Believe it or not, all 4 of us have never been to Mt. St. Helens, it is right in our backyard (basically) and how many other volcano's have erupted in the US...not many! Besides seeing the Mt. this drive to the top was INCREDIBLE and beautiful!
The sheer force and heat of the volcano eruption blew trees into splinters and scattered them for miles. There are still tree stumps and scattered logs from 1980!
