(This one's for you cousin Jeff!) In college Brian used to make "Funfetti Cake" it was his favorite. So every now and then I get a little crazy and bring home a box of Betty Crocker. My favorite thing about making cake/cupcakes out of a box is that it never fails...they make the perfect dome shape cupcakes. I am not sure what is with all my food blogging lately...

That is a really NICE photo of you two. You look so very happy. You can't help but make what the hubby loves, I don't blame you. I regularly do things I thought I would never on Eric's account. :)
Funfetti is my FAVORITE! I always request it for my birthday cake. It's ok that it comes from a box because it is LEGIT! :)
I'm glad Rach commented because I was going to mention her obsession with funfetti cake. And she HAS to have rainbow chip frosting on the top. It's still her birthday cake. :) Secretly I think it's pretty good, too.
Funfetti and it's frosting is the best! It's like fast food of baking that you cant get over a craving for.
