Puppy Love

For Brian's dad birthday all of us kids got him a German Shepard puppy- we went last weekend and looked at her and they are going back up to pick her up this weekend. How could anyone resist a puppy, she was soo cute and cuddly! She still doesn't have a name....any good ideas? Brian thinks Mad-Dog will try and eat her (you should have seen what she did to the cat we used to have) so they can't play for awhile, someday they will be buddies though!

I sent dad a list of names with their meanings. He told me they wanted something German...so I looked some up online and sent him my favorites. We'll see what they choose. :) Mom's favorite was Milly...means strong, hardworkign and industrious. :) :)

Seriously, I was looking at German names... wouldn't Hilde (pronounced 'hill'-'dee') or Heidi be cute? The experts say that a two syllable name with a consonant in the middle is easily recognized by a doggy!

oh she is SO CUTE! and i love the idea of a german name :) my fave german names for a puppy are elsie, lynde (which means gentle), and fritzie (which means peace ruler). of course, i could TOTALLY get on board with hotdiggity!
