Grass

Canning isn't near the fun when your doing it alone.  Nevertheless I would miss the pickled asparagus too much if I didn't make it so I got to work Monday and got er done.  Wish I was a better note taker and kept my canning recipes around year to year to remember my little tweaks...this year I have written it down and next years recipe will be perfection!  Besides canning along being boring you have to clean up the mess by your self...and by the looks of my kitchen at the end of it, it was not fun!
