So most of you have seen my posts about butchering beef....well this post is a little different cause the butcher usually comes and takes care of our beef....well the boys (Bryan and Brian) decided last weekend when we were up in Canada that they would butcher Emily' 2 long horn's...
so that's just what they did...
Coming up with a game plan!
Emily is an awesome pregnant lady...she never complains and just does whatever she would do before she was preggers! So here we are caping the long horn so she can tan the hide and make a rug!
This picture cracks me up....cause if you go hunting this is always how you pose with your kill....this was just too funny to resist!
