Last night she let me tag along on one of her shoots so I could learn a few things. I think I did ok and I will post those later. Oh Canada...
This weekend Lyndenn and I headed up to Abbotsford BC for a bridal shower for Emily! If the three of us are together we are bound to find delicious cupcakes somewhere. We found this little cupcake shop in Langley called Tastycakes and let me tell you they were definately tasty! Then we went antiquing, had fun taking some wacky pictures, made delicious cinnamon rolls, and after the shower at the farm we went and saw the little dairy calves. I wish I could have a pet calf that would stay his size forever! Emily and Bryan live in one of the most beautiful settings...and the weather was perfect! Why do fun weekend have to end?

Girls Nite...
Last night Ashley, Havila, Tracy and I went to Michaels for dinner and drinks and then to a Taste of Home cooking show at the fairgrounds in Moses Lake, Ashley's mother-in-law bought tickets so we could go to the cooking show....except I think Ashley's mother-in-law forgot that Ashley hates cooking....hence why there was drinks involved...well after the cooking show, we decided to head back to Michael's for more drinks and dessert.

Tweety Bird...
Mad-Dog has a thing with birds, she especially likes to tease the magpies but has yet to catch one. Little finches on the other hand she can get her paws on. Every morning she plays a game with the magpies...Brian will put her food out in her bowl in the yard, Maddy will eat a little bit and then get bored and come closer to the house...in the meantime about 3 to 4 magpies with gather around her bowl and nibble at her food- then Maddy will turn and run at them chasing them away, then she will walk slowly back toward the house where the magpies will nibble at her food again and she will again chase them away- she enjoys this little cat and mouse game every morning. A couple weeks ago she got a hold of a tweety bird and wouldn't let go until the poor thing went to little birdy heaven...she held this bird by the head in her mouth for at least 1/2 hour and then proceeded to eat it. You can tell by the look on her face that she wanted to let go, it looks like she wants to throw up!
