I have to admit I have been on a crafting binge lately...wait till you see my next post....I saw these hand puppets and had to make some! Don't they look like happy little puppets! Easter is coming early this year and I am excited. I am determined to dye easter eggs.

March

Wow, my blogging as of late has been poor and uneventful. Brian has been out on the weekends a few times snowmobiling with the guys. I have been keeping really busy working. All in all we are enjoying the change in weather and welcome spring. Although I can't believe it' already March!

I realized I never posted out little home improvement project. We were never a fan of this built in cabinet or the gold fire place cover. So after 4 years it was time for them to go.

And after Ta-Da! We purchased our very first TV ever (all the others have been hand me downs) and have been enjoying our living room much more!

Celebrating

This weekend we celebrated Russ' 60th Birthday and best of all he went snowmobiling with the guys! That's pretty darn good for 60! Brian actually took a few pics! They had a bunch of fresh new snow and a fun outing. We stayed at a house in Suncadia with the family (sadly we were missing Brad and Meara) and it was a fun weekend!

While the boys were out snowmobiling, the gals went sledding, went to the pool for a swim, made cupcakes, and relaxed.

Crafting.

Crafting in Canada...Emily and I spent a couple days relaxing and crafting. I ended up finishing a quilt, she made bird wings, and we made some elastic hair ties. Always a fun visit up to the great white north!
