Rollerskating

I can't believe it was five years ago Trisha, Andrea, and I went rollerskating...well this year for Trisha's birthday she decided it would fun to do it again!  This time with the kiddos, Ruth and Jayden...Surprisingly, they loved it!  The Soap Lake Roller Rink has most definitely seen better days but it was still fun!  We even got to skate the hokie pokie and to the chicken dance!

Stuart and Amy's Wedding

Stuart and Amy's wedding was held at Suncadia at the Swiftwater Cellar and it was fabulous.  It was so  elegantly simple and perfect.  The wine cellar was a very cool place to have a wedding and the Suncadia Resort is a fun place!

Another Day Sleddin!

Is anyone getting tired of looking at snowmobiling pictures yet?  I think that's pretty much the only thing we've done all winter!  Best part is, we haven't been to the same place twice! This weekend was especially fun because we rented a house in Suncadia for cousin Amy's wedding with some of Brian's cousins (Scott and Ashley, James and Anne, and Greg and Jenny) and Shelley and Jared.  Saturday am before the wedding we got up and headed to the hill where we rented some sleds and we spent a beautiful sunny day on the mountain.

Sunshine!

This winter we haven't seen the sunshine much...so the last two mornings when I have gotten up this is what I got to see...secretly I wish it was snow falling but I will take the sunshine instead of grey skies. I really miss our winters as kids with so much snow we made tunnels and forts in the snow!  Guess I will have to settle heading to the mountains with the snowmobiles to get my snow fix!

Cabin Weekend 2013

We love this family!  Such a fun crew! This weekend was the annual Pingetzer Family Cabin Trip to Lake Wenatchee.  We spent the weekend sledding, eating, going to a hockey game, eating some more, more sledding, the snow falling and a marshmallow fight!  Thanks Kim and Ed for letting us crash your party and hang out with your awesome fam!

Brian missed the mallow fun because he had to head out early and as usual the kids ate as many as they threw!  Grandma Kim always know's how to have a good time! Next time I might have to wear my safety goggles though I got a mallow to each eye this year!
